Pet Policy

We have a limit of two pets per apartment home. Please note that residents will be required to pay an initial non-refundable pet fee and small monthly pet rent for two pets max. Certain breed restrictions may apply. 

Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply, and include, but are not limited to Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, Sorry, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds will not be allowed.
